Scentsy Story
Hi! I am Alisha and I am on this scentsational journey so that I can be at home with my girls more. In February of 2021 I became pregnant with our 3rd baby girl. By May of 2021 I had been taken out of work by my doctor due to some complications with my pregnancy. By August of 2021 I was unemployed and separated from my job that I had been at for 10 years. I was also pretty much on bed rest and I was very down on myself. There was not much that I could do without help or assistance. November 24th I had a c-section and our beautiful last baby girl was born. On December 6th I had a second surgery because my abdominal wall had herniated from my c section and my intestines were misplaced in the hernia. After the surgery I was not progressing or getting better. I found out that my hernia was not repaired and that it was 7cm and growing. With this being said I was still out of work, my wonderful husband was doing house work, child care, working, lawn care and cooking and taking care of me. I was in full depression mode and completely stressed out. A friend of mine had a Scentsy party and I decided to order because I noticed they had cleaning products and at this point I could still wipe my counters and dust some and that did make me feel a little better. I also ordered scentsy soak because I was doing a lot of hot baths to ease pain. When my products arrived I could not believe how great they worked and smelled! I started buying it up! I then found out that my 3rd surgery I was going to need to fix myself was not going to get scheduled until the end of May 2022. With that I said to myself you have got to find something to do to help out with income and also to distract your mind. So after much praying I decided that I was going to be my own wax boss. I have tried direct sales before and in the beginning I did not put into them what I did in my first week with Scentsy! I am so happy I have chosen this and that God put me on this path and for all the help and support that I have been given! Do you want to be your own wax boss!?!
